This also includes reviewing current space planning and where applicable and necessary, amending.

Before we begin presenting work and concepts, as creatives, we need as much information from you as possible. This goes far beyond, ‘who are you? and ‘what do you do?’. The more information we gain, the greater insight we have into our clients requirements. Therefore ensuring we have the correct designs for the location of the development, the tenant demographic and our clients budget.

We place great emphasis on the branding of the developments we work with. The commercial sector is seeing significant growth and although this is a positive, with growth comes competition. We work closely with our clients developing creative concepts to ensure the site has a strong visual identity. Our team will then implement this branding across all areas of the design, from external hoardings to embedding the logo into fabrics used throughout the interior scheme.

There are many different techniques and tools used in way finding, including signage, maps, landmarks, colors, lighting, and even sounds and smells. The goal is to create a clear and intuitive system that is easy for people to understand and use. Our team will work to ensure all spaces are masterfully styled and accessorised. Whether that be a communal or reception area to a show apartment, hand selecting all items to ensure they are in keeping with scheme, tenant demographic and client budget. As part of our bespoke furniture packages, Modish Studio offer all clients the opportunity to present their tenants with resident packs prepared and costed by our team. Including essential items displayed in the show apartments to ensure the transition for tenants moving into their new home is as seamless as possible.

Our team manage the movement of all our goods and materials using our own resources and personnel. This ensures we have greater control over our entire supply chain, enabling us to manage our inventory, distribution, and delivery more effectively. This allows our clients better coordination, visibility, and accuracy throughout the entire process. At Modish our specialist and highly skilled installation team will undertake every aspect of the installation process ensuring it is handled smoothly and efficiently. Delivery, assembly, removal and recycling are all included.
